Casein Kinase II Inhibitor IV
3-(3-(2-(3,4,5-Trimethoxy-phenylamino)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)phenyl)propionitrile

Beige solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A cell-permeable pyrrolo-pyrimidone compound that acts as a potent, ATP-competitive inhibitor of casein kinase II (IC50 = 9 nM) and an effective inducer of normal human keratinocytes (NHEK) differentiation (EC50 = 100 nM). In addition to CKII, it is also shown to interact, directly or indirectly, with cellular TANK-binding Kinase 1 (TBK1) and NIMA-related kinase 9 (NEK9). Purity: ≥95% by HPLC.
