rhGM-CSF

Lyophilized. Carrier-free. Recombinant, human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor expressed in E. coli. Pleiotropic cytokine that can stimulate the proliferation, maturation, and function of hematopoietic cells. Target cells include macrophages, granulocytes, and eosinophils. GM-CSF mediates host defense and inflammation and is associated with tumor growth and metastasis. Biological activity: ED50 = 20-100 pg/ml as measured in a cell proliferation assay with TF-1 cells. Purity: ≥ 95% by SDS-PAGE. Contaminants: Endotoxin: ≤ 0.1 ng/µg GM-CSF..
