DAG Kinase

Lyophilized. Lyophilized from 300 mM NaCl, 250 mM imidazole, 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer, 1% n-decyl-b-D-maltopyranoside, pH 7.5. HYGROSCOPIC. Recombinant sn-1,2-diacylglycerol kinase fused to a His•Tag® sequence and expressed in E. coli. Chromatographically purified preparation. Specific activity: ≥12 units/mg protein. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will phosphorylate 1 µmol of DAG per min in the presence of cardiolipin at 25°C, pH 6.8. Purity: ≥90% by SDS-PAGE. EC 2.7.1.107.
