FGR is a member of the Src tyrosine kinase family, which is highly expressed in myelomonocytic cells. It has been reported to play a role in b2-integrin signaling. Specific activity: ≥10 U/mg protein. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to transfer 1 nmol phosphate to Poly(Glu,Tyr)_4:1 per min at 30°C, using variable concentrations of ATP (0.1-0.90 µM).
