Matrilysin
rhMMP-7
PUMP-1

Liquid. In 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM HEPES, 5 mM CaCl2, pH 7.4. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. Recombinant, human MMP-7 expressed in E. coli. MMP-7, the smallest member of the matrix metalloproteinase family that can degrade a wide range of gelatins, proteoglycans, and glycoproteins of the matrix and can activate several other MMPs. Specific activity: ≥3000 units/mg protein. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will digest 1.0 µg AZOCOLL™ Substrate (Cat. No. 194933) per min at 37°C, pH 7.5. EC 3.4.24.23.
