Mitogen-activated protein kinase-activated protein 3, GST-Fusion Protein, Human, Recombinant

Liquid. In 150 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris-HCl, 0.25 mM DTT, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.1 mM EGTA, 0.1 mM PMSF, 25% glycerol, pH 7.5. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. Full length, recombinant, human MAPKAPK 3 (accession number = NM_004635) fused at the N-terminus to GST and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. MAPKAPK3 is a serine/threonine protein kinase that acts as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals. Specific activity: ≥540 nmol/min/mg. Kinase activity was measured as the molar amount of phosphate incorporated into MBP protein at 30°C using a final concentration of 50 µM ATP (0.83 µCi/assay). Purity: ≥90% by SDS-PAGE.
