Neuronal Nitric Oxide Synthase
nNOS, Rat

Liquid. In 100 mM NaCl, 50 mM HEPES, 10 µM tetrahydro-L-biopterin, 20% glycerol, pH 7.4. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. Recombinant, rat neuronal NOS expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will produce 1 nmol of nitric oxide per min in the presence of calmodulin at 37°C, pH 7.5. Purity: ≥95% by SDS PAGE.
