PDE4B2 Liquid. In 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 8.3. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. Full-length, recombinant, human phosphodiesterase 4B2 expressed in S. frugiperda using a baculovirus expression system. Plays a significant role in the regulation of inflammatory cell activation. PDE4B2 is a predominant isoform in neutrophils and monocytes. Supplied as a partially purified, catalytically active preparation. Activity: ≥ 0.5 units/µl. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will convert 1 pmol cAMP to AMP per min at 30°C, pH 7.5.
