PAI-1, Mutant Liquid. In 100 mM NaCl, 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer, 1 mM EDTA, pH 6.6. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. Highly purified preparation of an altered form of human PAI-1 containing four mutated amino acids. Mutant PAI-1 is virtually unable to go latent and is stable at elevated temperature and pH for extended periods of time (t½ = 145 hours at 37°C, pH 7.4).
