PAI-1 Liquid. In 100 mM NaCl, 50 mM sodium acetate buffer, 1 mM EDTA, pH 5.0. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. This inhibitor contains a single minor conservative amino acid substitution of Ile91 to Leu91 that gives the inhibitor increased half life (about 4 fold increase over the native recombinant form). Stable when stored at or below pH 6.6. Has good stability (t½ = 8 to 9 hours at 25°C, pH 7.4). Biological activity: ≥90% by uPA titration assay. Purity: ≥95% by SDS-PAGE. |
