PGHS-2 Liquid. In 5 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM AEBSF, 1 µg/ml leupeptin, 1 µg/ml pepstatin, pH 8.0. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. Recombinant, human prostaglandin H synthase expressed in S. fruigiperda insect cells. Supplied as a partially purified preparation that is useful for the rapid screening of novel COX-2 inhibitors.
