RBD-GST-Fusion, Human, Recombinant, Agarose Fusion Liquid. A 50% slurry in 25 mM Tris, 5 mM MgCl2, 1 mM EDTA, 5% glycerol, pH 7.5. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. A 50% slurry of E. coli expressed Rhotekin Rho Binding Domain (amino acids 7-89)-GST fusion protein linked to glutathione agarose. GST-RBD binds to the activated (GTP-bound) form of Rho. Does not bind to activated Rac or Cdc42 (see Cat. No. 506103). Can be used in pull-down assays quantify GTP-bound Rho. Biological activity: Binds to the GTP bound form of Rho in pull-down assays.
