MEL-14 Lyophilized. Lyophilized from Dulbecco's PBS with stabilizer. Recombinant, human L-selectin consisting of 294 amino acids minus the transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains expressed in CHO cells. This glycoprotein is expressed on leukocytes and acts along with P-selectin and E-selectin in establishing an initial interaction between circulating leukocytes and the endothelium. Biological activity: Shown to bind to L-selectin ligands on LS180 cells.. Purity: ≥95% by SDS-PAGE. Contaminants: Endotoxin: ≤0.1 ng/µg L-Selectin. |
