Clear liquid. A 10% aqueous solution. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. Non-ionic detergent useful for isolation of membrane proteins. Contaminants: Aldehyde concentration: <200 µM; peroxide concentration: <200 µM; conductivity: <50 µmhos. RTECS MD0907700, CAS 9002-93-1.
